Big Test

2 rounds for time:
  • 200 doubler unders
  • 50 overhead squats(75lb)
  • 25 Pull Ups
  • 1 mile run

This was Fridays past WOD that had I had not planned for. It was a test, to say the least, that showed me how far along I've progressed in the last 2 months with skill, endurance and strength.


We were all given a three minute max to get to the 200 double unders and if we failed at the mark we would have to stop and continue with the overhead squats.

My time for this event was 31:12. I still had issues with the double unders but was very happy with my overall time and how I was able to keep my endurance during the mile runs. I can honestly say that this was a personal test which showed me that I can get to higher levels at this sport as long as I keep myself motivated, I push myself to lift heavier, increase my repetitions and have fun doing it!
